I started my career as a stylist at 17, and assisted at various salons in the Chicagoland area until reaching Marianne Strokirk Salons in 1996. Here I was able to strengthen my ability to cut and dress hair through fine-tuning the art of texturizing and dry cutting. Creating movement in the hair while maintaining a strong shape is my signature. I am fortunate to have received a disciplined education from my mentor, Marianne Strokirk.

I am proud to have played a key role in shaping and developing the apprenticeship program at Marianne Strokirk. I have been the education director since 2002, and consider educating upcoming stylist as the arena where my real passion lies. Behind the chair, I specialize in the Global Keratin System and Nordic Hair Extensions.
